Initial Strategic Priorities
Your investment in WBL’s Boundless Campaign will advance new strategic priorities that build off of WBL’s mission to elevate more women to the C-suite and boardrooms. Our initial priorities are as follows:
ESTABLISH WBL fellows program
Through scholarships, education, and mentoring, the newly established WBL Fellows Program will engage and support women start up founders and CEOs. Whether they seek introductions and access to funding, coaching, business advice, the fellows program will provide these leaders with that extra boost they need to get them to the next level. Fellows will interact with WBL members and participate in WBL’s signature programs (the Board Program and/or the Summit). The fellows program will ensure that women leaders from startups representing diverse backgrounds and experiences are actively participating in WBL.
AMPLIFY RESEARCH AND INSIGHTS about the roi of women on boards and in the c-suite
By partnering with key organizations to develop and promote research, we will establish WBL as a leading voice and authority, unlocking a deeper understanding of the pathways to the boardroom and the C-suite for women executives. WBL will become an active Leader in Public Discourse about the value and ROI of senior executive women from the health care industry in boardrooms and C-Suites. This will increase momentum for women seeking C-suite roles and define the benefit of health care leadership in the boardroom.
